"I brought my partner to Sprinkles as a birthday treat. The shop 's bright fuschia signage is quite the visual addition to the bustling Portswood Road. My partner ordered Belgian Chocolate Waffles, which came as a surprise for the both of us as the size of it was just short of a dinner plate. It had a soft interior that was enveloped in a crispy crust topped with fresh strawberries that he and I equally enjoyed. As for me, I ordered the chocolate cookie dough. Again, the serving was big enough that we struggled to finish both our orders. A spoonful of the cookie along with some of the the vanilla ice cream (served in a locked jar that came as a side) gave a completely amazing experience as the contrasting textures of the warm, chewy dough, the soft, cool, silky ice cream and the chocolatety fudge sauce it was laced with mixed well in my mouth. However, I have to admit that the sweetness was far too overwhelming. The saying goes just because you could, doesn 't mean you should, as too much sugar was added to each individual component that made up a single dessert (whether it was the fudge sauce, ice cream, or dough). In hindsight, it may seem silly to complain about overtly sweetness seeing as how we were in a dessert shop but everything I tasted here contained such a high level of sugar than what could be considered pleasurable to the palette. Nonetheless, I found myself craving for Sprinkles for a few days after having come here. Staff were friendly and it 's a great place to hang out. Although next time we visit, I 'll be sharing a dessert with my partner instead."

revisiting sprinkles portswood after 5 years! the toppings to waffle ratio was earlier better, but seems to have reduced now. but eating is good.

large selection of flavors on the ground. seasonal specialties, ice and sorbets, waffeln, pancakes, cakes, drinks. helpful staff, although they were busy, they were ready to bring my order to me because I was on crutch.

Return visit, the first since the start of lockdown. A good variety of flavours, ideal place to take children. Good service. Limited parking in street. There is a car park one block away 5 minutes walk, left at the traffic lights and behind Subway.

because my partner pregnant is asking for a drink that we ended, often buy from here, I must say we have such a warm welcome from kalema so a beautiful smile and she went over and beyond for us made us fall for this place great work awesome menschen

the gelato was as good as ever and as expensive as ever! the caffe itself was clean and air-conditioned, so very comfortable in the warm weather, but the ambiente is more fatter than expensive ice salon. the staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient. we will definitely go back as we love gelato!

Loved it here they have indoor and outdoor seating. The menu choices are varied and wide and the cost is well worth it. I would not hesitate to eat here for a sweet treat. The staff were very helpful even when it was quite busy they still had time to deal with our request to get a seated area cleaned. Loved my dish!

The gelato was as good as ever and as expensive as ever! The cafe itself was clean and air conditioned, so very comfortable in the warm weather, however the ambience is more greasy spoon diner than expensive ice cream parlour . Staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. We will definitely be going back again as we love gelato!
