Sprinkles Gelato Coventry

Usually love coming here but it seems to have changed since my first visit. It was still good but not how I remembered it. The brownie banana waffle was amazing.

Lovely cookie dough. Went with my friend as we have massive sweet tooth’s. It didn’t disappoint, was so lovely I wish I could have eaten it again. Definitely worth a visit

Terrible serviced. waited 30 mins to place order. waited 30 mins to arrive. ordered 2 icecreams and one arrived. Waitress rude. The only good thing was the refund was quick.

We went to this restaurant for my husband’s birthday and we had a great time. The variety of ice cream flavors available was impressive and the service was good. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend trying the bannoffe waffle. The only thing missing is a children's menu.

We brought our 7-year-old grandson here for his birthday treat. He chose tutti frutti ice cream and marshmallows. After trying it, he didn't like the tutti frutti flavor, so they kindly gave him a different one. We originally wanted apple crumble, but they were out, so we opted for the hot chocolate fudge cake with custard, which was absolutely delicious. We had a great experience at Sprinkles and will definitely return.

This is a favourite haunt of mine and my children's. It's always immaculately clean and spread out. There's such a lovely choice of ice-cream and toppings here. My Daughter had an Oreo flavoured ice-cream this time with chocolate sauce and sprinkles whilst me and my Son had the soft like cotton ice-cream (soft whip with marshmallows, one of my favourites) with sprinkles. Such a lovely ice-cream parlour with friendly staff.

I used to visit this restaurant regularly for their delicious cookie dough when I had a sweet craving. However, I decided to try something new and ordered pancakes with sauce and strawberries. Unfortunately, the dish came out cold and after waiting 25 minutes, I asked for a refund. The waitress tried to blame the cold toppings for the problem, even though other parts of the dish were also cold. They also forgot our drinks. Eventually, we received a refund after the manager offered us a voucher for two crepes, but we declined as we were disappointed with the experience. Took my children here for a treat after their first week of school. They chose their icecreams the young girl who served us was polite and attentive but I am guessing in training. She was gentle exactly what my kids respond to best. The manager (I’m guessing) barked at her about what she was doing wrong from the table where he was sitting drinking a cuppa on his backside and then for the rest of our visit chewed her ear off/barking at her about how much she was doing wrong, how much he was helping her with life skills and not really taking a breath and allowing her to speak. I had wanted to check this place out for a little while so I decided to check it out today. In terms of staff, the employee taking my order clearly didn't want to be there and was ready for bed by, which to be honest I don't usually mind as long as there is no problem with the food. However, it was quite annoying that she didn't provide the whipped cream that I'd asked for on my hot chocolate (but oh well my thighs will thank me). But on the contrary, the employee bringing the food to my table was very friendly, welcoming and attentive.
