Had a really beautiful dinner and drinks at the St Michael's Mount Inn whilst on a weekend getaway to Cornwall. Really great service and excellent food.

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic and welcoming. The food and drinks are excellent and reasonably priced. You can't go wrong with any meal you choose here.

we visited on Friday evening with our daughter and son-in-law who live in barren. eating was good, inviting the atmosphere and the prices appropriate. I personally had the pop prawns followed by the newlyn hake; both were delicious and served with a smile. we had traveled 25 miles and it was worth the trip. will we have visited again? sure! thanks for a nice evening. I recently visited this village pub for the first time, and it definitely won't be my last. The staff gave us a warm welcome and were able to accommodate us for dinner on a busy Friday night. The menu had a good variety of options, and the food we ordered was delicious. The only thing that would have made it a perfect experience would have been a better selection of ales. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely be returning.

Lovely pub, very helpful staff. Limited wine choice but that is not a criticism, we had a really good malbec and individual glasses of sauv. Menu has lots of great choices, some pub classics and others like hake a bit different. Beware! They serve generous portions for starters and the sides really are for sharing. Main courses were good, only criticism was that the sauces on the chicken and hake were far too sweet and overpowered the other flavours. Finally, it was very good value, especially for this area of Cornwall. Well worth a visit.

I discovered this hidden gem on the way back from Helston. The pub has a cozy atmosphere that feels like home. I was with my son and there were books and board games for him to enjoy, which is not something you typically find in pubs. We were both very impressed. Our order was taken by a friendly young lady named Poppy. I had a veggie burger and my son had a pizza. The food arrived quickly and was freshly cooked, with excellent presentation...and the taste was even better. My son said it was the best pizza he had ever tasted. My veggie burger was outstanding.
