"Wir sind begeistert von eurem Essen und Eurer Speisekarte! Aber wir sind mit Eurem Service nicht einverstanden! Wir haben eine Stunde aufs Essen gewartet, währenddessen wurde ein Paar das 30Minuten nach uns und ein weiteres Paar das 45 Minuten nach uns gekommen ist mit Essen versorgt (teilweise diesselben Gerichte wie wir bestellt hatten). Bei Nachfragen beim Service wo unser Essen bleibt keine Spur dass eine Entschuldigung fällig wäre! Genau dasselbe beim zahlen. Wir mussten aufstehen und zur Bar gehen um bezahlen zu können! Euer Service ist leider unterirdisch was schade ist für dieses innovative Essen!"

Whether overwhelmed, too many guests with too few staff or a luxury problem... blunt ignorance and blindly walking past despite repeated announcements is unacceptable. Rating of food is subject to comments from neighboring tables recorded in the periphery. Basically ok and tasty and acceptable in terms of price for performance. Indication of order other as a failed attempt to place an order. Waiter! May I perhaps bring you something? Loriot). "Very pretty location, but it doesn't compensate for the bad food. I wonder where the enthusiastic reviews come from. Cheese parrots covered with a strange and non-definable white sauce that does nothing to do with a beautiful mountain cheese or similar. And that for a rich €14.50. The apple strudel from the bag. The capuccino is an aqueous broth that has seen coffee volatically. It is best to confine yourself to a scoral. Shame at the beautiful place."

"We were on family vacation (two adults and two teenagers) and went on a Saturday night at 7:30. The restaurant was moderately crowded, but we had not issue getting a table outside on the patio and could have had our choice of tables inside.It took about 15 minutes before we could even order drinks. Once we ordered drinks and an appetizer the drinks came quickly, but the appetizer was no where to be found. I don't consider Bruschetta to be a complicated appetizer, but it arrived approx 30 minutes after the drinks. When the food finally did arrive we got 3 of the 4 orders... the spaghetti with red sauce for my son was missing. Again, not the hardest dish to make. Clearly they had forgotten to put the order in, but rather than telling us what was going on they went forward and served three out of the four people and gave no explanation for what was happening.The entire meal ended up being a 2 hour experience that was very poorly handled. Once we did get the food it was excellent. They took the opportunity for a great experience and turned it into an ordeal to be endured.One last thing... better be a dog lover because everyone in the neighborhood brings their dog. It is not an issue other than the occasional bark fest when people come and go, but be prepared."
