The place is small but with a nice vibe to it. The staff is extremely polite and helpful! And, the food is very good, too. I had the best octopus there as part of their Christmas Eve set menu. They also have a rooftop bar with an amazing view of the city.

An experienced not to be missed in Lisbon. The service is impeccable from the moment one enters the hotel. The tasting menu options are world class. The wine pairings are without fault and thrilling for those looking for new and unusual wines. Again, if you love culinary experiences this is a must do in Lisbon.

we tried the Executive menu on a weekday lunch and it was an amazing experience. the view of the tagus was really nice and the service was discreet but efficient. the dishes were all elaborate with very satisfying textures and taste mixtures. I cannot comment on the tasting menus, but the executive one (only during weekday dinner, 30€ for a 3 course meal) is extremely good value for money.

We came here for the view in June of 2023 we found the scale very nice not crowded a number of tables but overall quiet and focused. The meals and service was impressive and very unique. It was expensive but did not give one the impression of being ripped off, I left content the views, the genuine kindness and attentiveness in service, the unique menu items which looked unusual but tasted incredible somehow all seemed worth it would highly recommend but not for the budget conscious. On this one-week gourmet dining experience trip to Portugal, our first two restaurants were Two Michelin-star restaurants. At Alma we were on the waiting list and this did not work out well so we decided to have dinner at our wonderful hotel's restaurant, Suba. Amazingly great service and super creative delicious food. Plus fantastic rooftop view. Today we were at Belcanto, the most charming high vault ceiling, century-old location. Extremely professional staff, however food wise disappointed. Definitely no better than Suba (but double the price. Looking forward to Yeatman in Porto. Their two Michelin-star Gourmet restaurant is truly a lifetime experience!

Unfortunately, Suba disappointed. We were excited for the hype of the restaurant but it fell flat. Service and ambiance was great but food and drinks subpar. Started With an old fashioned which was completely watered down with ice cubesZ. The martinis and wine has very weak pours. For the food we had the scallop and shrimp apperizer, this was the full a’La carts appetizer which came with a very small single scallop and hardly a piece of shrimp. Totally underwhelming. Then we had roasted duck with MAYBE .5 ounces of duck, definitely not worth ordering and lack of flavor. The veal at the end was incredible but by the time we got it, our impressions of the meal was ruined. The tiramisu complete...

Suba. Located at the top of Verride Palácio Santa Catarina hotel, this restaurant is the perfect spot for a romantic escape. Whether you choose to go on a lunch and enjoy the river view or to have dinner enjoying the city lights, you will not be disappointed. The place is very discrete and it was almost empty, only another table booked probably because we went on a Friday lunch. The food, the mood, the service, all fits perfect together in this experience. Apart from the tasting menu, you can also go for an a la carte experience and create your own magic moments. We enjoyed our meal with some exquisite starters: the smoked tuna, giant red shrimp and the scallops blue whiting all plates serve... Visualizza piatti
