"Yesterday we were at Terronia in St. Gallen. Before we were even welcomed, we had to look around until someone saw us. The menu is great, typically Italian! Unfortunately we had to wait an extremely long time for our food even though the restaurant was practically empty. We waited at least 40 minutes for pizza, pasta and meat. The pizza was delicious as was the pasta. Unfortunately the meat was very tough and not really edible. What struck me as strange was that the IceTea was served in a glass and without a bottle. It tasted like powdered iced tea… Unfortunately, the service towards the end was a total disaster!! The waitress was just chatting with people and didn't see us after raising her hand several times. We even had the feeling we were being deliberately ignored. The Grapa for 8.00 CHF was of poor quality. We wouldn't come back."
