Sultan Kebab House has been always my first food choice as because the service is excellent, the staff has always be friendly and they care about their customers needs. Furthermore, the vibe here is awesome and very welcoming. Do drop by guys!

This restaurant is terrible. They frequently get your order wrong and then try to argue with you when you point out their mistake due to mishearing. The staff has a terrible attitude and the chicken was dry. Additionally, I found what appeared to be a hair on my chips.

Placed an order for delivery on the website. It said 45 minutes, which is reasonable, 2 hours later and still no sign of my delivery, Tried calling, and there’s no answer. If it happens to turn up now, il be telling them to f@ck off..Will not be ordering from here again

Delivery took hour and half. Food was cold, ordered chicken doner big shawarma for 7.50 but got the cheap one lam doner with chips which I through straight away in the bin. Spent 20£ for pizza and chips (and delivery 2£ which was late good enough) will never order again. 0 stars.

If you decide to visit this restaurant, I highly recommend trying the doner lamb kebab with mint sauce. It is absolutely delicious. My partner, who lives in Coventry, always chooses this place for a meal. I have tried it multiple times and can vouch for the delicious fries and meat. I also suggest trying the fish dish.

the BEST kebab shop i have ever tried. foods always delicious and hot. the chicken doner is the best I’ve tasted so flavoursome. big portions and great variety of salad. Their homemade chilli sauce is extremely tasty The delivery driver is always on time, just excellent in every way.. really don’t see how people can have anything bad to say about this kebab house as i will always order from Sultan! The food is always cooked fresh to a good quality! love it.

Stopped here with a friend on the way back to Solihull and felt peckish. As soon as we walked in Logic should have told me to turn around and walk straight out. The inside of the place is so filthy if there were any mice the would be wearing overalls. I would have been embarrassed to serve up this food and indeed I made a complaint as my kebab looked like they had placed a shoe in a shredder and served it up possibly the show would have tasted better. The owner reluctantly apologies and replaced my food with something as equally disgusting, needles to say I will not be going back and will warn you to avoid at all costs. I visited this restaurant after going to the Motor Museum with my husband and two children, aged 9 and 11, for lunch. I ordered the doner kebab, as did my husband, while the kids had a burger meal and a chicken nuggets meal. I was surprised that the doner kebab was served on a plate without pita bread, but we were offered delicious bread on the side instead. We all enjoyed our meals, with my husband even saying it was the best doner meat he had ever tasted. The food was freshly cooked and delicious. The service was friendly, and including a drink for each of us, the total cost was £19, which we found very reasonable. I would definitely return to this restaurant and will likely do so if I am...
