"Have visited this restaurant many times and always been impressed with food, service etc. Our last visit seemed to be not up to their usual high standard possibly due to being very busy. Food was slow to arrive there was a long gap between different parts of our main and the drinks arrived after the starters. The wait staff were rushed off their feet but kept their composure and could not be faulted. They did knock 10% off the bill. If we visit again it won’t be on a Saturday."

Very poor customer service! They cancelled a few hrs before the birthday celebration and did not care one bit. The way we were spoken to was very disapointing... i wouldn't recommend.

Tasty, fresh sushi in Hornchurch! Little gem of a place. Staff very friendly and made to feel welcome, even with an awkward toddler! Had great food and a lovely evening out with the family

Great food however it was a Saturday night at 7:30 and the restaurant was dead. Happy hour until 8 on a Saturday is nothing to complain about. This restaurant is much more reasonably priced than any sushi restaurant in London and not a huge amount of difference in quality.

We love coming here as we aren't local anymore so it's a treat when we're in the area, the food is amazing however the service always seems to be pretty poor. Waiting ages for drink orders to be taken then ages for them to be bought over. Starter dishes coming out literally just before the mains etc and this is when the restaurant is pretty empty. Won't stop coming here as love the food but just think the restaurant could step the service up a bit.
