"six of us enjoyed last night a meal in this beautiful pub. the eating was excellent and so much of him, I can't see how they do it for the money, but the pub was full, so that speaks for itself to have better full tables with very inexpensive meal times than an empty dining room due to the expensive menu. the fed chicken was delicious, like my companion meals. friendly staff and great atmosphere. dog-friendly too. we're back!"

I highly recommend this charming pub. I stopped in for a drink on my way back from a walk and was impressed by the excellent staff. They had Stella and good cider on tap, and the pies looked delicious. There is also plenty of outdoor seating available.

Amazing Sunday roast with a great selection of beer and wine. Couldn't find any faults with it. Brought some friends from the South and they absolutely loved it! Price per person ranges from £20 to £30. Highly recommend trying the Sunday dinner. Free parking is available.

we are here 5 or 6 times for eating and are never disappointed. pampering eating too good trips, we can't mistake it. Sunday afternoons are amazing, but this time it was a Saturday lunch. we had to take a walk through tissington afterwards to work out something! it is a 45-minute drive from home, but never disappointed. we'll be back soon. flippine
