In the evening this establishment is simply beautiful. restoration part only good and beautiful. It is spacious and well equipped. Don't pay attention to air conditioning for hot times, but it's gone. the staff in the room is very professional and pleasant. Thank you for my stay and soon.

We love eating at this typical and authentic French restaurant with local produce and impressive selection of wines and cheeses. We took the 5 course menu for 69 Euros and it was excellent. The service personnel are friendly and professional. We always stay overnight. This time we had delux room (no 17) which was spacious and very comfortable as was the bathroom with jacuzzi bath tub and sep shower. We were lucky with the weather and appreciated lounging in the pretty garden with swimming pool. It’s a special place.... a feel good place. quaint, rustical, whispering times gone by.

We come here once a year for a long weekend at this quaint hotel on the French side of Goumois, the village which is half in Switzerland and half in France. The River Doubs is the border! The rooms are comfortable (we always take room 17 with jacuzzi bath tub) and clean. The food is typical French cuisine and is quite delicious! We will return next year to enjoy the amazing food and explore the beautiful Jura countryside. The only thoughtful criticism is the lack of a vegetarian menue. The chef could propose a vegetarian 4-5 course meal for people who don’t eat fish and meat. Thank you Taillard Team, thank you for our lovely short weekend break.

have taken a menu at 47.50 euros what is still expensive that was called land and traditions in entry a leafy to the morilles in tasteful sauce to wish and we then feasted it was a back of cod and its small vegetables of season and there frankly a half green asparagus and a soup spoon of potiron purée it was really succinct and we expected it better! the dessert was perfect except that the white chocolate had been replaced by black we had known this beautiful and famous house about fifteen years ago and we kept a super souvenir but there with such accompaniment riqui uh hope that the chef increases his portions if we want to talk about it around us

Había leído sobre el gourmet restaurante y, mi experiencia es que me desilusionó como tal. Pedí el menú Saveurs (85 eur. , todo empezó de fábula, siguió el plato de rape, seco y soso, después el Boeuf Wellington, al que para ellos sólo lo cocinan saignant o medium, algo entre medio no existe, según el señor que nos atendió. Se pasaron un algo con el medium, lo que fue una verdadera pena. Como era Wellington le pusieron un medio círculo de hojaldre seco y desaborido, que hubiera sido mejor no ponerlo, ya que lo que no aporta, desvirtua lo que se quiere conseguir. Tómenlo como crítica constructiva y no como reclamación. Tienen un local carismático, donde lo pasamos muy bien. Saludos J. Pérez
