Very nice service, Chef welcomes and inquires about satisfaction. Here you have the feeling of being at home and still being able to eat whole European food. The classic German dishes, often seasonal, are excellent.

In the Taverne Plaka you feel abruptly wild as you walk through the entrance door of the restaurant. The establishment is discreet grieschich and the service is friendly and always attentive even if the restaurant is full. The food is superb my family and I are positively surprised every time. Especially the bifteki and the appetizer with zucchini and Aubergine are a hit with us. Taverne Plaka earn more than 5 stars! :

We had reserved a table that was not free and we had to wait 30 minutes. Even drinks at the counter need a quarter of an hour. The food came after another hour waiting. Gyros and meat shoots were okay, but the plaice looked more like a frit shoe sole and tasted like that. The entire restaurant smells very strong after frying grease due to lack of extractor hood. The toilets are also not inviting. On demand for the plaice there was the answer: we have many older guests who do not like strong spices.

If you want to eat typical Greek, the map surprises with the many more German dishes. We decided to eat Greek and so we ordered olives and tsatsiki. Unfortunately, the olives were completely salted. What makes salt of olives anyway? The baby calamari were delicious and the gyros and the lamb steaks too. There was no salt at all on the potato slices, but we could get this from the neighboring table, as the operation seemed as good as never before. The fish salad was good. The atmosphere is nice but the service is unfortunately a disaster. There are better Greeks in Neuss and if the service is not correct, why should you come back? Visualizza piatti
