"This was one of the most memorable dinners we’ve ever had. Every aspect of the evening was perfect. First, we were welcomed warmly, and then left in the very capable hands of Sakie, who was attentive and charming. We decided to go for the classic menu, and were very glad we did. Our chef was Rina, and she was fantastic; the food was spectacularly good and beautifully cooked. In addition to being very tasty, this is food as theatre too, and we were thoroughly entertained. Yes, it was expensive, but the quality of the ingredients and the service we received made it worthwhile. Many thanks to all the staff, but especially to Sakie and Rina, for a wonderful evening. surprised to find a good Japanese restaurant in amsterdam. the personal was attentive and could remember all the preferences in our dining party. eating was delicious. would recommend stopping

we loved it. the first thing that impressed us was how well the restaurant restored the authentic Japanese mood. eating was a balanced variation on traditional Japanese aromes presented in a modern way. for example, the Dashi-Stock was served as dashi-Jelly. overall, eating was great and the service was perfect. and special points for the easy absorption of my nutritional restrictions.

Amazing food, we ordered a la carte bc the tasting menu seemed to be too much food for us. We ordered the lobster as an appetizer, then waygu sirloin as a main course with mushrooms and broccoli and veggie fried rice. Highly recommend it. Our chef Rito was amazing and so meticulous! We really enjoyed watching his focus while cooking. Truly an artist. Love this place and will definitely come back.
