"De los pocos lugares que me quedaban por visitar en Alcalá. Estupendo menú degustación que acompañamos con un txakolí muy correcto. Desde el principio aprecias el cuidado y el trabajo de cada plato, todo muy equilibrado, sabroso y bien presentado, un menú que va subiendo de nivel en cada pase y que en mi opinión tiene su culmen en un ceviche de corvina que recordaré mucho tiempo. Muy buena atención del personal, buenos tiempos entre los platos , muy bien explicados y sin agobiar en ningún momento. Bonito detalle del chef al pasar por la mesa al final para recabar nuestra opinión. Sin duda alguna es uno de los mejores restaurantes de Alcalá, repetiremos sin duda."
