"We had reserved a table for 5 at 6 pm. I arrived first and was told to pick any table. I sat down and waited for my guests who were a bit delayed. Ten minutes later I was finally approached by the waiter. I wanted to order my drink but she just wanted to know how many guests would join me. I answered and she disappeared without taking my order. A few minutes later another waiter arrived. Again not to take my order but only to ask me to move to a different table. I did and waited again as the waiting staff moved through the restaurant expertly ignoring the guests. Next another waiter came rushing to the table. She hastily placed the plate of complementary peanuts and rolls on the table and turned around before I could say anything. By this time it was 25 past six and I had still not been asked if I wanted a drink. My guests arrived and finally someone took our drinks and food order. When the food arrived my son got the wrong dish. He told her, she took the plate away and one minute later another waitress arrived with the same plate. Again we said this was not what we ordered. She looked at the plate and said: it's almost the same, can't you take this one? As it is his 14th birthday and he didn't want to wait whilst everyone ate he accepted the plate.I had the hamburger and fries. The hamburger was a cheap frozen burger but dry as shoe soles. The fries were brown and totally overcooked (or cooked twice). the only enjoyable thing about the experience was the company. We had fun. When we finished we again struggled to get attention from the waiting staff. She asked if we had enjoyed our meal and I said: well actually no (I had had left half of it) she looked and said: oh and then proceeded to clear the table as if I had said nothing. I was dumbfounded. Stunned at so much disinterest and such horrible service. Only outside did I notice that the meal my son never ordered but was given was far more expensive than his original order and it had been charged in full.I am normally not afraid to speak out but in the face of such rudeness and disinterest I was lost for words. Where do you start? Do I really have to point out that the chips should not be dark brown? Is it not logical that I want to be asked if I want a drink when I arrive? Is it not logical that it feels uncomfortable to be ignored for 20 minutes? Do I need to explain such basics of customer service? The place looks great but is overpriced and not at all good experience."

Das Essen war wie gewohnt wieder mal der Hammer das Personal super nett klar wenn die Bude voll ist kann es mal etwas dauern aber dafür habe ich volles Verständnis wir werden aber so was von wieder kommen

Very friendly service, great ambience. We went to the All-you-can-eat Sparerib buffet. The peanuts and rolls with herbal butter at the beginning were nice as welcome greeting. A few more salads and rolls/bread for buffet dinner would be nice. The Spareribs were partly not warm enough, but nevertheless very tasty. The two salads have tasted good. All in all a great restaurant visit and good food.

War ein schöner Abend aber das Essen war wirklich schonmal besser, die burger pattys waren keine pattys sondern eher sehr kompakte Frikadellen und sie waren leider nicht gut. Die Bratkartoffeln waren sehr dick geschnitten und haben bissel alt geschmeckt. Aber sonst war alles super Cocktails, Milch shakes und die brownies waren super. Ich kenne das Essen echt besser aber vielleicht war ja gestern der Wurm so gesehen drin. Aber so location und Bedienung waren wie immer super. Visualizza piatti

The restaurant itself is attractively furnished, open kitchen and waitresses style full in western clothing. We had different kind of foods, meat, fish, salad. We had to wait quit long for our food, more than half an hour. Although the quality of the fish and meat was good, it lacked a good preparation. The fish was too salted, the meat too much well done. On side a fresh pineapple, but not ripe. The place has potential but foods and guests need much more attention, moreover because it is not cheap.

Der erste Eindruck war durchweg sehr positiv. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen und sofort zu unserem Platz geführt worden. Die Einrichtung und das gesamte Ambiente ist genau so, wie es von einem „Ranch-Restaurant“ erwartet wird. Die Mitarbeiter im Service sind supernett und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Allein der Service ist schon fast ein Grund das Restaurant erneut zu besuchen. Schade, dass man hierfür nur 5 Sterne vergeben kann. Unser bestelltes Essen kam, trotz vollem Gastraum, in einer angemessenen Zeit. Die Kartoffelspalten und Pommes Frites waren hervorragend, sowohl von Geschmack, als auch Konsistenz.
