"Unpleasant Encounter with Poor Customer Service I recently had an unfortunate experience with an employee a lad with long hair it’s his service that left me deeply dissatisfied. From the moment I initiated contact, the representative spoke to me in a disrespectful and dismissive manner, making the entire interaction unpleasant. Despite attempting to address my concerns politely, I was met with rudeness and a lack of willingness to assist. It's disheartening when a company neglects the importance of treating customers with respect. This encounter has undoubtedly tarnished my perception of the pub/restraunt , and I hope they take steps to improve their customer service for others in the future."
