"What a difference a couple of days can make! The food was just as delicious as during our first visit, but the service was a different story. It's been a long time since we've encountered such a long list of service issues, from the moment we arrived right through to the difficulties we faced when it came time to pay the bill—it was truly appalling. Our friends even wondered why we had chosen Balloch House for this dining experience, despite the high quality of the food."

We had a delightful meal with incredibly friendly service. We thoroughly enjoyed the pâté duo as a starter, and our fish and chips for the main course were excellent. I'm planning to return in a couple of days with some friends.

I had a delightful lunch with my father and his wife. I loved the concept of the mini desserts and wish more places offered them, as I always enjoy having one. The staff were lovely and very attentive. Despite the wet and windy weather outside, the atmosphere inside was cozy and comfortable—beautiful and relaxing.
