Just stopped for coffee and scones, was busy and seemed understaffed when we arrived Food drinks: The scones were heated in microwave and were lacking of fruit , below average quality. The other pastries and cakes looked lovely unfortunately didn't try any. Coffee was ok Service: 3 Location: 5

Charming establishment. I stayed for two nights, and the rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. The only downside was the lack of drawer space for my belongings. The breakfast was delightful, especially since it was cooked to order, avoiding the issue of lukewarm food under heat lamps. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 4, the service a 4, and the location a perfect 5.

The staff is always friendly, and our first visit offered a stunning view over the loch. The breakfast was excellent, and the attached restaurant consistently provides a wide range of options. We had a 4-5 hour drive in stormy weather, and we wanted to change our reservation dates. We provided more than 48 hours' notice, but the hotel refused to accommodate us. It was disappointing because the place looks lovely, but according to their terms and conditions, we ended up losing £200. I won't make that mistake again. Overall, the rooms were great (5/5), the location was excellent (5/5), but the service was lacking (1/5).

We were seated at a large booth round table and given menus. (Menus smelled like body oder). Good choice of foods on the menu, food and drinks arrived in good time and there were no complaints from any of us. It got busy in the restaurant around 2pm and I had to go up to the host stand to get someone to take my payment after waiting for 15 minutes at the table with the bill. All in all, would recommend. The service was good the food really nice not a bad a flat white too. And the views are just beautiful, they've got a really nice area outside to sit, an amazing coffee shop (the cakes! Which is separate from the restaurant and a take away coffee shack and an ice cream shack in the summer. Walkability: It's all on a flat road and you can take a nice walk, which is mostly off the main road. It has a sandy beach next to it, where people do a lot of wild swimming . Visualizza piatti
