"This restaurant is a fantastic spot with excellent staff, a diverse menu, and high-quality food. We visited as a group of eight, and the team could not have been more welcoming. Although we booked just two hours in advance and arrived a bit late, we were greeted with warmth and appreciation. The food was served promptly and met a high standard, delighting everyone in our group. The service, ambiance, and overall mood—including the lighting and music—were all perfectly matched to create a lovely experience. I would strongly recommend a visit here. The only area for improvement was the slightly bland lamb dish, which was noted by two members of our group. While the dish was beautifully presented and the meat itself was fantastic, the sauce didn't quite deliver the flavor we had hoped for. I believe that with just a small adjustment, it could elevate the dish significantly."

beautiful restaurant with Turkish/Mediterranes influence. great food and service and cheap also an ice cold beer served the Turkish wise in ice cold glass. brilliant

The food and service were fantastic! The lamb chops are the best I've ever had! The atmosphere is delightful; it feels like a holiday, even at 5:45 PM on a chilly December evening. I highly recommend it!

Our first visit to The Black Olive definitely won't be our last. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, earning a top rating of 5 stars. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive while maintaining a nice level of discretion.

I booked a table for a special birthday, only wished that they had made a bit of an effort and sing happy birthday, or maybe that was only me in other restaurants and they did this. other than eating and the place is beautiful.

I reserved a table for a special birthday celebration and was hoping they would make an effort to sing "Happy Birthday." Perhaps that's just my experience from other restaurants that have done this. Nevertheless, the food and the ambiance were both wonderful.

The restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere with excellent service. The portion sizes are quite good, but some of the dishes could use more seasoning, as they were a bit bland. Additionally, £6.50 for a glass of Merlot seems a bit overpriced. I might consider returning at some point.

This restaurant is one of the best Turkish eateries I've been to, and they also offer a variety of other cuisines. What stands out about this place is their consistency. I've dined here several times before writing this review, and each time, the food has been consistently excellent—there are no hits and misses, which is unfortunately a common issue in some restaurants.
