Good food when it finally arrived but extremely slow indifferent service even for a drink. No apology offered.

Awful food, roast chicken deep fried, roast potatoes tasted warmed up. Would not recommend. Definitely not going back

Great food, great beer and really friendly staff. 4th visit in 5 months. It’s also dog friendly. Lovely garden at the rear for summer visits.

Plenty of space and the service was good. Food was ok but I thought a little overpriced. Also ordered calamari with an aioli dip for starter. It came without the dip and when I asked for it, it took about 2 minutes to arrive by which time the calamari had cooled down. Visualizza piatti

Fabulous evening celebrating a friends birthday. We were served by Francesca and she was just wonderful. It was my first visit (couple we went with had been before) and will definitely be back. Being a vegetarian there wasn’t much choice but the food that I had a delicious. They surprised my friend with a Happy Birthday sing-song which was a lovely touch.

The service was slow. The food wasn't great we paid £60 for Côte de Boeuf, and we didn't eat it. it was chewy and full of fat. We sent it back, and they bought it out again 10 mins later, and it was the same. I was so disappointed we complained, and they took 10% off the bill. The sides were not much better. The food looked grey. This is the second time we have been there in the last couple of months, and the food hasn't been worth what we have paid for it. I won't eat there again. It's a real shame.

My first visit here. Lovely garden. Excellent food and very nice to see a menu with ‘different’ food. My only complaint is that we were seated at a dirty table. The staff stood around as if this was perfectly acceptable. I asked them to clean the table and this was carried out in a cursory fashion. Admittedly about fifteen minutes later all the tables were cleaned with soap and water but this should have been done when the restaurant opened. Apart from the above mentioned incident, the experience was delightful and I would recommend the restaurant highly and I would go again without hesitation. Visualizza piatti
