"Lovely place. Food was very tasty and looked good. I had the lasagna. The pub was also very welcoming. It was nice and warm and it was a very rustic atmosphere. Some of the floor is even original from the 19th century. The only problem was that there was a leak at the time I was there. Everything else was lovely Parking: There are plenty of spots in the parking lot but you can't use it because it is only for staff and residents. You would have to find somewhere else to park. Lovely pub with real fires and tasty food. Have to say the staff were excellent, really friendly, attentive and welcoming especially Caitlin. Would highly recommend, oh and dog friendly too.

After previously dining here before we decided to pop in on a busy Saturday with the off chance they had a table available for hubby and I. It’s safe to say the castle were brilliant once again.
