Never to busy service is quick and staff are polite and attentive

The venue was closed at 17.15 when i visit today unfortunately. Google needs to be updated and so does the TCB website. I called and the number doesn’t work I was really looking forward to this but never mind.

First time at TCB buffet and we were so impressed , staff were so friendly and told us how everything worked with the app and ordering food , the service with the robot serving food was so entertaining and fast and the food was top quality best Chinese food we have ever had !!! Great meal very helpful staff you order food via an app on a smart phone they have free wifi it was pretty easy to follow seated and drinks on our table within and then we had time to look at the food to choose from on the app ,there was plenty of choices overall a happy experience the staff made the kids feel special

Entry was arround £26pp for 2 hours, and then you have to download an app to order food. A robot will bring it to you. Its a clean place, looking nice. But the taste of food was 2/5, specialy for this price. Worth to come once for the experience, but I would not recommend it if you're a gourmand. Parking available at rear £2.20 for 2h

Firstly the restaurant is down stairs which is ok but you need an app to order any anything and its very hard to get a signal. The food is delivered by a robot which was kinda fun but our starter was delivered and the mains whilst still eating starters so food was cold before we started eating mains. My daughter wanted to go here with two of her friends for her birthday just the three of them. They had an amazing time. The guy who booked them in kept an eye on them for me making sure they could use the app and reminding them they could keep ordering food. My daughter said the quality of the food was much better than when it was left out for you to serve yourself. They had plenty of choice and found the staff very friendly and helpful. Her friend said she had found a new place for her family to eat out and was very impressed by it all.

Took my Mum and Dad here. Staff were lovely, Tina remembering us from last time, the new (to us), manager, David and the new (to us), staff Simon, were so lovely. Took time to ensure we knew what to do, everything was ok, and we were ok. Food was delicious, came quickly, hot and very tasty. Well done chef. A total experience of great food, great atmosphere and of course, great staff. I fully recommend all of this to everyone who wants Chinese food in a lovely atmosphere and attentive, fabulous staff, at a very reasonable price. Thoroughly enjoyed thank you.

Been a few all you can eat Chinese restaurants, so I know the quality isn’t usually the best. This has got to be one of the worst though. We wasted so much food because we struggled to eat it. Really cheap, undercooked beef, salt and pepper chips were basically plan chips with a few peppers on, and egg fried rice was boiled rice with yellow dye in or something. I actually wouldn’t be surprised if we get ill from what we ate it was that poor mainly the meat. Even the usual sauces like sweet and sour tasted stable! We had to ask for clean plates, absolutely zero atmosphere in there or music. We’ve never left an all you can eat still hungry. What a disappointment. Visualizza piatti
