Unfortunately, the restaurant was extremely busy and service was very slow. It took an hour for our desserts to arrive.

the restaurant has improved since I was last there. this time there was a lot on the menu. only 2 dings not available the service was excellent.

Had a lovely evening with friends the food was good staff helpful and friendly atmosphere pleasant will definitely go again and recommend to other's

As always very friendly and attentive staff especially Natalie good choice of food and drinks good venue to meet up with our friends for an enjoyable Sunday lunch

really nice environment, lots of parking and easily accessible from the a12 (from both directions) the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely go back.

We have visited this restaurant several times and always found the quality to be excellent. The staff were attentive. My only complaint is regarding the portions of the Sunday roast. For £21.50, we received just one slice of beef, four small potatoes, half a parsnip, and one Yorkshire pudding. Typically, the portions are more generous, and I believe adding some fresh vegetables would really enhance the presentation of the plate.

Always very happy with service at crown, service and staff very rude, especially barstaff. Waitress asked were we ready to order, replayed not yet, waitress came back and said most dishes were not available which left a very limited selection. When ready to order, asked if salmon was available, waitress did you not here what I read off to you, very condescending and lacking customer service. Will not be returning, and will pass on the bad service received from manager and staff. To family and work colleagues. Shame new management has taken over. Crown has now dropped down to a very low standard.

at the arrival at the table, the waiter advised us that only 2 starters are available from the menu and that a series of netzen were not available and that the only dessert banoffi was. that meant to enjoy a cozy 3-course meal, we had only one main course. we arrived at 7 o'clock, at 7.10 o'clock we ordered the food before something else went out. the food came fast and our meal was finished at 7.40 o'clock instead of a long evening it was pretty short cut. I've eaten a lot at the crispy, but that was a disappointing visit, and I'll be very restrained after this experience. at least this was just a family trip instead of friends who made their first visit and could get a very bad first impre...

Arrived to find car park fairly empty but several cars arrived just after which was a good sign! Restaurant fairly empty too which was odd as we hadn’t been able to amend our booking so just assumed it was full? Seen soon after arrival and seated. Not the best table as by the toilets and the service entrance/exit but ok. Took a while for waitress to arrive so when she did we ordered drinks and mains. Drinks took a while to arrive which was painful as could see them on the counter! Food didn’t take too long and it was lovely. I had seabass and my partner has the pie. Pie wasn’t full which was a shame but tasty all the same. We decided to have dessert which was cheesecake and sticky toffee pud...
