I could not harm it, eat good food too expensive, eat more than once and never disappointed. the dog was warmly welcomed and gifted with dog tasty by the bar staff, and a bowl of water was already at the arrival to hand.

First visit- really impressed. Loved the food and a special mention to the delicious meaty gravy, the quality was high and the service was good. Really enjoyed our meal, the childrens menu was really good too. Thank you all.

Went on Friday with a group of friends and had a lovely evening. We had a gorgeous semi private room as there were quite a few of us. The staff were fab, the food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable for the great quality of food. Loved it x Visualizza piatti

first visit in old. the family got there yesterday for a late Christmas dinner. eating was first-class. I would recommend the goat-cheese starter.yummy! the main course was just as good, although one of my party had a particularly fat shoulder of lamb, but I assume that what she got with lamb. desserts were extra tasty and a lot of choice. total good service, delicious menu with a lot of choice and cheap for high quality food. would definitely recommend.

We save up over the year to be able to eat out on Christmas day. I've eaten here a number of times and this year we opted to book at the Duke of York as we loved the look of the menu and knew from previous experience that food would certainly be good. We were not disappointed. . The food was superb, the atmosphere chilled and relaxed and the staff were absolutely wonderful. This was our best Christmas Day meal yet and it is clear that a lot of care, hard work and attention to detail went into the day. Thank you to everyone involved at the Duke of York. You made sure our Christmas was special. We'll be back throughout 2018.

beautiful place, whether for a quiet drink or eat. the personal is always smiling and pleasant. but the main reason why I write this is for the cook. quite often vegetarian options on a menu seem to be a afterthought, bland or just simply boring. this place is recommended for non-meat eater. I have tried all the Veggie options on the menu and they are beautiful, but on Mother's Day I had a mushroom and spinat wellington and have to say it is right up there as one of the most tasty meals I had in over 35 years to be vegetarian, certainly the best Sunday frying offer I had: if they had a decent veggie burger in the menu they could add it to great Visualizza piatti
