fantastic fresh products. we have divided 3 starters of crispy inkfish, oyster and chowder. everyone was fantastic. the inkfish and oyster where the fab. the staff was also super nice

It's lovely, the fish and chips are lovely. Beer batter was lovely and crispy and proper chips. You can sit out side with a amazing view of the harbour. Staff nice to. Definitely be back again

Amazing amazing amazing.. everything was amazing. I have anxiety issues and with the help of a local friend, my partner booked a table perfect for my needs. the food was fresh and absolutely delicious. I could not demand more than a steaming mush and beerpot on a cold day. we had our meal in one of the huts outside that come with kisses, cover and] a heating, and we have completely forgotten that the wind blowing outside! heavy work and courteous staff. all in all, a really wonderful little sound.

I had seen the Fish Shack on the tv show “The Hairy Bikers Go North” and they rated the place highly. How right they are, great sea food dishes are plentiful, I had the Chowder which I would thoroughly recommend to you. The shack is very nicely laid out, not over fussy but warm inviting. This charming small seafood restaurant is located right by the harbor. Both the chowder and squid were absolutely delicious. There are plenty of outdoor seating options available if you haven't made a reservation. We really appreciated the dog-friendly atmosphere since we prefer places that welcome our furry friends! For lunch, we shared a few appetizers, which were just the right amount. The staff was very friendly, and I will definitely be returning.

My visit to the Fish Shack was the highlight of my day: a charming little restaurant with delicious, fresh seafood. I started with the amble langoustine in a flavorful broth (it was so meaty!) and followed it up with grilled sea bass, a house salad, and some of the best chips I’ve had in a long time (I’m dying to find out what type of potatoes they used). It was a great experience, and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend making a reservation. Even Harrison Ford is a fan of this place!

We had a fantastic meal today at The Fish Shack! We started with langoustines from the specials board, which were delicious, and then enjoyed the fish and chips, both cooked to perfection. The portion sizes were quite impressive and larger than we expected given the price. The only minor issue we encountered was with our online reservation; we had requested a highchair for our infant son, and it wasn't prepared initially. However, the staff handled it promptly and were extremely accommodating, even providing a small bowl of mushy peas for him.
