Lovely spot to enjoy a drink in the changeable weather we sat outside on the boat and then moved in when it started to rain. Good drink options. Fun traditional canal costumes and very friendly folks running it. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nice spot. They were a member of staff down on the day I visited and the person who was serving doesn’t usually prepare the coffees. My flat white was OK but wouldn’t normally have been good enough to bring me back. I’ll give it another try given the staffing issues they were suffering.

Stopped for tea and cake after a long bike ride. Asked what flavours the cakes were. Very bluntly responded with the answers. Delivered the order to our table and we were told off like naughty children for putting the parasol up. in 25 degree heat with not even a slight breeze. Not safe apparently. Never mind the heat on my kids! Two drinks not delivered. Had to go and get them. Given a glass bottle and not offered a straw or a glass to drink from. Asked for a glass and it was passed to me very abrubtly again. Not impressed! Tables were swamped with wasps which could be avoided if they were cleared.
