Food was ok, not exceptional. The drinks however at extortionate, I know it’s london prices but £9.50 for a peroni and £13.50 for a small glass of rose is just daylight robbery

The Game Bird is a great place for Sunday lunch the food and wine are all excellent. The staff from the doorman to the hostess and waiters were all exceptional very well trained.

Beautiful restaurant. The afternoon tea is well presented and unique. The cakes are beautiful and excellent. I really enjoyed the cream cheese with the cheese scone. The staff member are friendly and polite.

The food was excellent, the price was not. It is one of the most expensive restaurants in London and doesn’t justify the cost. Starters at over £20 and ordinary wine by the glass at £17. £150/head is par for this course.

Food was excellent, very impressed. The service on arrival was somewhat disappointing. I had to ask for the drinks menu and we kept having to get the attention of the staff. However once the food arrived the service improved.

beautiful experience in the game bird for afternoon tea. the staff was incredibly friendly and went beyond and beyond to accommodate my food allergies, although we had only made the reservation on the same morning. I will return safely in the future and I would recommend it to others!

It contradicts how a relaxing Sunday should be because i had to have my roast in a hurry!! The staff were incredibly accommodating especially considering it was packed. I have to say it it one of the best roasts in London. Beef, gravy, roast potatoes, 2 yorkshires and loads of vegatables cooked to perfection. Excellent choice of red wines by the glass also. Great place to spend a sunday lunch. Will repeat and repeat and repeat no doubt!!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Excellent service from Lorenzo who provided us with a tour of the wine cellars and old air raid shelters after our meal; we couldn’t have had a better guide. The food was very tasty and the portions surprisingly large. A special mention for all the staff doing what they can to make it a safe experience during this tough time with an online menu really easy to navigate through Would highly recommend and will be visiting again

Truly memorable Sunday lunch for two. Sun was shining and we enjoyed great **** Marys sitting outside n the Courtyard area of the American Bar. Starters of dressed crab and smoked salmon were simple but perfectly executed. Roast beef was sublime, it melted in the mouth. Roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding excellent. I am not a huge vegetable fan but my wife thought everything else was perfectly cooked. We have scored the food maximum marks but my wife's only suggestion to improve the meal would be if they could swap the roasted cauliflower for cauliflower cheese. A minor quibble though. Lemon tart with mascarpone ice cream was light but delicious Master Sommelier was brilliant. We love red...
