The staff were very friendly and the food was amazing. They also have a pool table now.

Jade and the team were fantastic, really attentive to our needs and took care of my food personally as I have allergies.

Great restaurant with reasonable prices. Eva was our waitress and she served us with a smile. They offer a great breakfast menu which we will be trying soon.

Food was cooked to perfection, excellent service from Louise m even though she was short staffed the bar staff were very friendly helping Louise out with service

Was more than 20 of us for a birthday meal and drinks on fri night. Server Louise was friendly, attentive and generally a great server. Especially more so the fact she was serving 20+ of us by herself. Louise and the team got all of our order spot on. The food and drink all came out correct, in a timely manner, was hot taste good. Was a nice casual relaxed atmosphere, didn’t feel rushed. Would definitely go back and recommend . Thanks

Had a lovely evening at The Grapes Beefeater Uxbridge Road on 7 December 2023 with friends I hadn't been here for over a year. We were there for hours but not rushed by staff (Mags, Jade Alan) who were all polite, helpful friendly. We each ordered different things from the Set Menu which was not only great value for money and thoroughly enjoyable, but the portion sizes were good and nicely presented so compliments to the chef! All in all it was a wonderful experience and will definitely return again soon. Julie, Northolt

We always stay at the Premier Inn and use Beefeater for our evening meals and breakfast when travelling to and from Heathrow. Normally the service and food are excellent but on Sunday 21st April, I was served a lamb dinner that was 1 minute short of being cremated. The chef should never have sent out the plate with lamb in this condition, it was completely inedible. The excuse given was that it was the last of the lamb. How is this an excuse? The waitress was wonderful. She tried to take the blame for the chef and only charged me for the vegetables. On reflection, I should not have been charged anything at all considering the dinner was ruined. Comments please. Visualizza piatti
