"Popped in for a quick bite and a coffee on a Wednesday afternoon, there were 3 other tables in the cafe when we placed an order for 2 coffees and 2 toasties. Drinks came immediately, however we then waited nearly 45 minutes before we had to ask where our food was as we had both finished our coffees. Despite there being 5 staff members working, they claimed they had “lost the ticket” and not even the girl who took our order seemed to notice we were sat with an empty table for so long looking rather agitated. After sitting for an hour, we finally received our toasties (which had different ingredients in them than what we paid for) without an apology or an offer of a fresh coffee for the trouble. To top this off, the food was dry. Usually a nice cafe, however this has happened twice now. Terrible customer service compared to competitors, which is a shame as it’s a gorgeous place."

Lovely peaceful cafe and tearoom. Set in a quaint village . Perfect for a picturesque stop , they sell beautiful artisan flowers and nice gifts too.

beautiful place for coffee and other delicious delicacies in the old village. it used to be the library, but was developed to a very nice caffe. it is also a florist

Absolutely beautiful place. Very attentive and friendly staff. A fine selection of goodies to tempt the tastebuds. Great ambience too....perfect for chilling. Heartily recommended.

At some point you found a beautiful tee room that provides for my allergies. fantastic to see nuts are separated from other cakes. Spoils for choice gluten free. the first time I ever had a choice.

my goodness, this is the first time that we have visited this rustic tee room for afternoon tea. the service was excellent, staff very friendly, eating just come again and again and was delicious. the tee was beautiful and we got a refill. unnecessary to say we had to have a Doggy box to take things home to enjoy. will soon be visited again.
