we went last week for brunch last minute and it was amazing. the food is second to none and the staff were really helpful

This was the BEST brunch I've ever had out, everything was cooked perfectly and the portions are HUGE! Such a lovely space to spend a Sunday, will deffo be coming back!

Decent food, well presented but served Luke warm, and at £35 for a 2 person brunch with a coffee and smoothie it’s certainly on the pricey side. Nice but nothing special

Fantastic restaurant with a delicious healthy menu. Something for everyone and you can taste the quality of the food. There needs to be more healthy restaurants like this in the area.

I was lucky enough to be introduced to Roots by a friend who brunches here regularly. She recommended the Beet and Avo breakfast which not only was delicious, but also felt decadently healthy. Service was fast and friendly. No wonder there was a queue!

I love Roots coffee,best coffee in town. However I went today to try pica and Absolutely loved it. The place was very very busy and luckily member of staff SAM) did not turn us down even if we didn’t book in advance I was so pleased with her service she really made our dinner pleasant experience. Highly recommend to visit any time of day. Jolita

Omg I had the most tasty brunch today beautiful steak with poched eggs and sweet potato's so nice delicious the flavours just burst in your mouth I could of eaten 2 steaks definitely next time cause I'm definitely coming back beautiful food brilliant service loved the hot chocolate and C bomb smoothie so good I left them a little message how happy I was lol

Wow! This is by far the BEST breakfast I have ever had! I had the bruschetta and the flavours were exceptional. I didn’t want it to end, the mushroom purée was full of flavour, the smashed Avacado with the marinated tomatoes were delicious. My friend had the pancakes and they looked good so il have to try that next time. I can’t wait to return here as it’s hard to find a good breakfast place at this level. Compliments to the chef! Well done !

Not sure if this review should be in Roots restaurant section but the event was held there in the evening and we had pizza, which was delicious. The service was excellent. The drag queen was fantastic, entertaining and funny ! The language was crude and the jokes rude ! We did not feel comfortable with a family celebrating an anniversary with their children with them, tbh. I would recommend next time, that the event manager put Over 18's on the advertising. I am sure they would still fill the restaurant with guests.. xx
