"Made to feel unwelcome from the point I entered the building to when they bought the machine over to me to pay for my coffee. Not sure if it is because we chose to sit outside or if it was because of our ethnicity. I haven’t experienced prejudiced rude behaviour like this since the 80’s. I’m sure I will get a response that states that this is normal protocol. Trust me it is not!"

We were lucky with a lovely sunny day yesterday, topped off with a delicious lunch here. Interesting menu, friendly service and absolutely delicious food. Thoroughly enjoyed and recommended. Will definitely come again

The clue is in the name! This place really is a hidden gem. The food from a very varied and reasonably-priced menu was really tasty, the coffee excellent, the atmosphere spot on and the service exemplary. Will definitely come back, also to spend more time in the lovely gift shop.
