"Another very good evening in The Hideout the bar upstairs is a major plus, (comfortable, low music, great place to meet rather than in the too frenetic pubs/bars nearby), the food got a thumbs up from all four of us (two first timers), the house red is great, service friendly and unobtrusive; what more would you want? Can 't understand why it 's not busier does 'The Hideout ' suggest a bar, a smokey dive or a dimly lit burger joint? It 's none of those things and deserves more custom!"

the borrowing was very good from service to eating, a really nice friendly and trendy venue in tunbridge wells, as a group of friends we had an amazing time and the service of the waiting staff was exceptional for a very busy Saturday evening

small friendly restaurant with well prepared perfectly cooked food. my friend I had for two. we both agreed that it was one of the best lamb dishes we had ever eaten. I would certainly recommend to hide out for couples that are nicely cooked food that is value-ratio.

the restaurant was on Saturday night less than half full, so little atmosphere. there were four diners who were in a scream from their table to the front of the housewife behind the bar and were not discouraged. the starters were excellent; the main course of the meat breeze also very good, but the nasi goreng was stoney and very disappointing.

Great food, great service and lovely ambience. Have visited numerous times and have never been disappointed. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Quite a small menu but the food is always great. The background music is always good too and we always have a lovely evening here. Also nice to eat outside if the weather is good. Highly recommended.
