"I have to say that the quality of food was top class. I had the rump steak medium rare and it was absolutely perfect. My partners meal salmon from the specials range was also of a high quality but there was hardly enough to feed a sparrow and at we thought was very expensive for the meagre amount on the plate. They did redeem themselves however, when, after complaining, they gave her a portion of chips and took off the bill. I would certainly recommend them if you are out for something special and don't mind the expense, but if you are just going out for an evening meal then there are other less expensive venues but I will add that it is highly unlikely that you will get better quality food"

I had the Sunday roast pork belly. It was very hard to cut, chewy and not at all of the standard of other cheaper restaurants.The roast potatoes were hard. The service was great and the vegetables were nice. I found that it was over priced for what I had. Expected better

Visited on a Monday evening to take advantage of Eat Out to Help Out scheme. Starter was of poor quality..dry slice of bread with small tasteless prawns not king prawn on rustic bread as stated. Barbecue chicken pizza needed to be returned to kitchen as no chicken on it. Sweet potato tagine very nice but quite a small portion for dinner menu. On paying, incorrect amount taken from card which when pointed out to member of staff was refunded back to card, unfortunately this didn’t go through and had to ring for it to be done again the next day
