Great friendly staff. Parents traveled over for a wedding. Stayed for nights. Karen and the other staff were very friendly and helpful when organising traveling paperwork and taxis. Great service.

I recommend kings arms. absolutely brilliant place to eat and drink. first class service and a beautiful place to take family and friends. Bar staff friendly and make them as always there for years. highly recommended.

Adequate for our needs. Stayed here on way home from Guildford. Rooms are tired but very clean. It is what it is, food average, very quiet for a Thursday evening, no atmosphere. It’s a shame, because it’s a lovely place. Visualizza piatti

Met friends for breakfast here very nice and well presented They were just about to have a refurbishment done. So we were the last eat in the dining area as it was...Our friends said they had a comfortable stay and were pleased with the service....Highly recommend

Absolute terrible service from this hotel!! I had a room booked for for a wedding, paid and the booking had to be changed a couple of times due to the pandemic but now the wedding has been changed to this year so I...would like a room I paid for but the staff have said there’s nothing they can do and it was two years ago!?! And basically it’s tough . The women on reception are so rude and unhelpful! Disgusting !

The staff were very friendly and pleasant, and made my stay welcome at her hotel, I had a nice room. The hotel is exceptional in that its in the centre of the high st and very beautiful building.My room looked like it could do with...a good spring clean especially the carpets-the carpets were clean mind you-just stained.But the bedding was crisp white and really nicely furnished.The price was excellent, Id return! For the first time, I've included photos to show what our beautifully decorated room and shower room were like. Not only was the decoration tired (chipped paint, TV cable hanging down, mould in shower, etc) but the room was dirty, with a horribly stained carpet...and windows/frames that had obviously never been cleaned. The Wifi didn't work. The TV came on, full-blast, at on Sunday morning, and when we told the receptionist as we were checking out she just said it must have been set by a previous guest not a word of apology! I booked this hotel four days in advance after leaving messages on the answer machine because no one ever answers the phone? I asked specifically for a “nice” room. Three times the receptionist insisted the room was a “nice” room. It wasn’t! The carpet was...filthy and not vacuumed with the remains of someone’s tissues on the floor. The shower was covered in mould and the furniture covered in dust and cup marks.two lamps out and the window jammed open. The blind in the bathroom was u/s and there was no key for the room??? There seems to be an issue when booking rooms through Booking.com. On arrival I was asked to pay an amount over the price quoted on my initial booking. Though it was sorted out in the end, the initial ten minutes were quite awkward and I...was made to feel as if I was trying it on. My room was much better than expected as I had booked a single and was epecting a single bed in a small room. I was given a lovely room at the front of the building (room Apart from a few stains on the carpet the room was clean and tidy. The room had a large shower big enough for two.
