Just dire! Shockingly bad! Run down, dilapidated, no exterior lighting, poor communication, a lack of basic customer service. Other than the bedroom, which was spacious, the whole place feels unloved and abandoned. Stay there at your peril! Definitely do not stay as a lone woman! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL—it is unsafe and infested with bed bugs. The place has been abandoned and is in a state of disrepair. There are no staff members present, and all doors are locked. There is no email address, no website, and no one to answer the phone, nor is there a voicemail service. I had to reach out to local businesses just to gather information. It was pure luck that I was able to gain access. The manager has been banned from driving due to a DUI, and the owner has deserted the staff.

I had a terrible experience in September! The room was decent, but there was no milk provided, and we only had one towel for two people, with no staff available to assist us. No one showed up to cook breakfast, the bar was closed, and there was no dinner service at all. To make matters worse, a man downstairs came back drunk and ended up kicking in his door when he had trouble with his key. Fortunately, The Badger around the corner served a great meal and is said to have a good breakfast. Overall, this was a shocking experience.

Stayed here 2 nights. I am sorry to say it has not been an enjoyable time. Firstly, we were not given self check in details. It was a chance that we met someone who let us in We had to search someone out for WiFi details The room was clean. However, other areas were not. The shower base has black mould The toilet flush button is broken The handle on the shower door is broken First, breakfast, chair, and cups were dirty The choice for breakfast was only cooked, no cereal, fruit juice, etc No milk in the room The way we were shown to enter the property was like a scrap yard The 2nd morning, no one was available to make breakfast The lady who cleans the rooms was very helpful and apologetic.
