"It is difficult to write a critique of this restaurant as it has unfortunately closed its doors for good. It is a sad reminder that the team has moved on to other projects and the building has been sold. I have frequented this establishment numerous times over the years and have always had a wonderful experience. In fact, I even had my wedding reception here and have fond memories of that day. It is truly disappointing that it is no longer in operation."

It's so bad that this week is the last week of trading for the Kings Head after 30 years. It offers old style luxurious food that is no longer seen. Goodbye, old friend!

Very sad to see this popular restaurant nearby. This last visit was not disappointing the food was exceptional (for anyone who did not experience the Aylesbury Duckling that you really missed on a treat! and the staff was very attentive.
