What a lovely lunch, service with the biggest smiles Natalie and Chris were both very attentive. We all enjoyed our food, from soup to pasta and of course delicious cake. Matched all our dietary needs. We will be back to visit with more family.

Popped in for coffee with my mother and son and was greeted by a gentleman called Tom, he was extremely helpful throughout our visit, clearly talking us through their safety measures, finding us a table and making sure a high chair was clean and available. We visit poole park and the kitchen at Poole park regularly and always find the service to such a high standard, Natalie and Tom are always smiling and extremely helpful. The food is nice we always have the veggie breakfasts. Very pram friendly as we have a 5 week old son. As you are within a park where people walk dogs it would be great if you would start allowing dogs into the kitchen and the ark rather than only allowing outside seating.

A male staff member approached me and my mother in a very angry and confrontational manner. He had heard me voice my thoughts on why they didn't open until 10am, a private conversation with my mother. He continued to shout at me and would not go away even when asked to. I could only walk away and get back in my car. My mother who is 90 was very upset and frightened. This was totally unwarranted and this man actions need to be seriously looked at

Visitied today to meet with friends, found a table, it was grubby, but we were a quick turn round from it's previous occupants. Coffee was ordered, 30 mins later we approached the counter to enquire, but before we could we were told there would be a 10 min wait, we pointed out we had already been waiting 30 mins, we waited abother 10. They were busy, stretched beyong their limits, but an understanding of actually how long it was taking from order to delivery of coffee would have been good.
