"Beautiful setting, good pricing..filter coffee not too good, presentation of scone, butter, cream jam lovely until I picked it up to put it onto my plate the whole scone crumbled up when mentioned to the owner he informed me that the scone was meant to crumble as I was meant to build it back together with the butter jam!! However, the portion of chips we oardered were homemade very nice. Overall, it was our first visit would try it out again."

We came across this special place by accident enjoyed delicious sandwiches scones whilst sitting outside, surrounded by amazing views. A real delight on a warm Sunday afternoon we will most definitely be visiting again !

This restaurant is unique! Situated in beautiful countryside, it is like travelling back in time! The food is excellent, the prices really reasonable and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. It is our favourite place for lunch.

We absolutely adore this restaurant. The ability to sit outside, enjoy bacon sandwiches, and take in the beautiful views is truly delightful. The staff and owners are always very friendly. We are looking forward to returning again and again.

Stumbled upon this place whilst passing through. Quirky place with seating inside and outside. Good standard menu with specials boards. Friendly/relaxed. Food and drinks arrived in good time, very reasonable and tasting good. When next in the area….

Fantastic Sunday Lunch. Very busy, so had to wait a while, but the food was worth the wait. The roast beef was very tender. Good portions at reasonable prices and the staff were very friendly and beautiful views as well, Hoping to go back again, before we go home.

We called in here for our evening meal after someone recommended it to us. It is an old vicarage and felt like you were eating in someone's home, and the service was as welcoming as you were dining with family. The food was all home made and beautiful and the cakes were outstanding. No wonder this place is well known in the area. This place is an experience, not just a nice meal out.
