amazing night! antonio has really brought authentic Italian cuisine to the village ingleton. an excellent menu complemented by a generous selection of specials. the first time we visited here, but it will certainly not be our last.

Lovely little place with a great menu. The food was delicious. Particularly enjoyed mixed bruschetta starter. Negative points were no card reader and no coffee. We brought family to eat here, including my son's Nepalese parents-in-law who speak no English, and the whole experience was very good. The antipesto and two following courses were all excellent (we even tasted each other's dishes! -the memorable comment from Kal, my daughter-in-law, was that the mussels and prawns were the best-cooked that she has eaten in her life! on Thursday at la travernetta tee. an extensive menu and a special board made it a challenge to decide what to eat. we had eaten, and it was most important to be full of dessert, and that was wonderful. antonio was born near the gardasees and produces beautiful, authentic Italian dishes. after our food he came to us and what a gentleman. his personal was also very friendly and professional. we will definitely return to this little jewel.

What an absolute gem to find on our stay in Ingleton. The food is absolutely amazing, packed with fresh flavour. I am coeliac so need to eat gluten free and my order was checked with the kitchen as it was off the specials board to ensure it was ok. I had monkfish in a tomato sauce with a choice of three types of gf pasta. My husband had the chorizo and chicken penne off the specials board and he declared it delicious. The sweets are gorgeous, not your usual bought in rubbish. Allergens are shown on the main menu. We live an hours drive away and would happily drive through to eat here again.
