Wanted a nice long cool drink opted for a mojito. Came squeezed out of abag (so we were informed) into a coup glass, cloudy and had a froth, no ice and no mint, apparently this is how they come

The restaurant has a pleasant and efficient staff. Although I did not have any food, the atmosphere was excellent. There is ample free parking available, with good wheelchair accessibility. The price per person ranges from £20 to £30. Overall, the service and atmosphere both scored a 4 out of 5. There are plenty of parking spaces to choose from, including a free parking lot.

We came for Sunday lunch. The service was really good. Very attentive and friendly. The food was first class. The spicy broccoli soup was delicious and the roast beef and chicken dinners were amazing hot tasty and very filling. The staff at this restaurant are very welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the delicious sticky toffee pudding. The restaurant has a large beer garden and multiple rooms inside, allowing for a variety of atmospheres such as a quiet dining setting, playing games, or being part of the lively pub atmosphere. The average cost per person is between £10-20. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5.

Please don’t waste your money. Service overall was very slow and we waited a full hour for our meals, pub wasn’t even busy!!! Children’s meals came first and I have to say were fine for chicken nuggets, chips and beans. Our mains came five minutes later, steak and ale pie for £13.95 burnt pastry needed a chisel and hammer, three pieces of steak and gravy inside the small round pie and frozen peas, absolute disgrace. No one came to ask if meals were okay or I would have complained and asked for my money back for the adult meals. My husband ate his as he was so hungry. Pubs are complaining about going out of business, little wonder when this is what is being charged for poor service and reheat...
