"We had a leisurely lunch here today. The pub was fairly quiet but there was sufficient chatter to make a pleasant atmosphere. We were quickly served with drinks and our food order was soon taken. My wife had roast beef and I had chicken; both...were delicious and accompanied by Yorkshire pudding, stuffing and plenty of gravy. A few more vegetables would have been welcome but overall it was a decent plateful. I had Tiramisu to finish and that was very good. The Chilean Merlot was excellent. The service was efficient, thoughtful and pleasant and the young man who mainly served us was particularly affable and customer-focused. So, all told, we spent a very enjoyable 2 hours."

not for years and I love my own Sunday roast, but was really impressed and not often write reviews, but felt inspired! will go back with friends as soon as I can get a date sorted

had a nice meal last night. Eat was great! the staff are always friendly, hayley served us yesterday and she was great, very efficient and welcoming. we will definitely come back.

Great early evening meal. Friendly atmosphere, great staff and delicious food. Our table had chicken burger, scampi, pie and kids pizza every meal was well presented and very tasty. I would definitely recommend and look forward to returning. Visualizza piatti

Just a casual meet up with family for lunch today we’ve been a few times before and today was again really enjoyable great food and lovely service the bangers and mash was superb! All very fairly priced and very tasty! Just how...pub food should be.

Had a fabulous Sunday lunch today, everything was cooked well with a wide variety of veg, good sized portions of meat, I had beautifully pink beef everyone else had the pork belly. Great value and very tasty. Other options also available if you don’t fancy...a roast, but why wouldn’t you when it’s so good?
