"The staff in this pub laughed in the face of a visitor when they informed them they had been given real meat rather than the vegan option they had requested. This is totally unacceptable and needs to be investigated further immediately. I will never again...visit somewhere where I know the staff have such little care compassion or regard for someones dietary requirements. Whilst being a vegan isn’t an allergy this could be very serious for others who may suffer from nut or gluten allergies for example and lead to someone getting seriously poorly. Completely unacceptable."

my friend was given chicken nuggets instead of quorn nuggets and he’s vegan!! not only did the staff NOT apologise, they were laughing and joking about the whole situation, absolutely outrageous.

a couple of lunches a few days ago. very beautiful outside surface to sit in the sun and enjoy her beer. Bar staff were very friendly and polite. So next time I'll come back in when I'm in the opposite.

large pub, decent selection of beer and wine and an affordable menu. eating was fresh and served quickly. it's a big busy pub, but the staff will be fine. beautiful atmosphere and definitiw cat friendly
