This is the best burger I've had in dorset worth every penny. Absolute filth on a plate! amazing staff also.

This restaurant is a pleasant place, but my food was served cold. When I politely asked for it to be reheated, the kitchen staff seemed to take offense and overcooked it in the microwave, resulting in inedible liver and mashed potatoes. The staff didn't seem concerned until it was time to pay, and they were disappointed when no tip was given. Their only other question was whether I was a local or just visiting. It seems they don't mind giving subpar service to tourists, as they won't be recommending this place due to their poor customer service.

We had a fantastic lunch at The Ship Inn and would highly recommend it. We enjoyed the classic burger, club sandwich, and fish and chips for the children, all of which were delicious. The fish had a crispy outer layer and tender inside, the club sandwich was generously filled with ham, turkey, and cheese, and the burger was flavorful and perfectly balanced. The burger patty was slightly overcooked to medium well, but it did not detract from the overall experience. The service was outstanding, with two men managing the bar and front of house efficiently and courteously, even taking the time to engage with my children despite a busy day. Visualizza piatti
