We were warmly welcomed by the staff who were very friendly. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was excellent. Definitely worth a visit, this hidden gem is located in a charming village.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, delicious, and beautifully presented. The waitress service is top-notch and the ambiance is cozy in this quaint little pub. The restroom area is small, but very clean.

First time here for the 4 of us, food is excellent, I was offered a new wine to taste and then a very large glass! Loved it! We had a fantastic evening, great food, friendly,attentive staff. Thank you! We will be back soon. Visualizza piatti

Wow pure Scottish hospitality the cashell family from ireland can not thank you enough Roslyn and Cameron for the way you took care of all of us the food was unreal and your service was incredible till we meet again are were overwhelmed

Visited again as we used to live close by and regularly came for food. Been twice in the last few months and food and service have been exceptional. Very friendly and attentive staff and portion sizes are huge. Food is fresh and cooked well. Will be back soon.

Fantastic lunch here last Wednesday with my mum and her friend. Food was delicious I had smoked mackerel and horseradish fishcake plus a haddock and chorizo one followed by hazelnut creme brulee. We had a great time at the Ship Inn for lunch yesterday. We tried the gammon steak with spiced peach and the special chicken curry. The fresh vegetables that came with the gammon were a nice change from the usual frozen ones. The service was friendly and the rhubarb crumble was absolutely delicious. Can't wait to come back! H H

Visited this pub years ago. This time it was a family lunch. We were well looked after. The food was very good and the portions were very large. So large we could not finish our meals. We all had different meals so won't mention them individually. The beer was very good too. Service was good. All in all we were very happy and would return.

What an excellent find while out walking in Limekilns/Charlestown today. We decided to pop in for a bite to eat and were made so welcome although we hadn’t booked as just walking by.
