"the restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere – clean and well presented. the personal was attentive and knowledgeable. one of the party was gf and the waiting staff went to great lengths to ensure that we knew what dishes to avoid. the fish was a bit wet and watery. steaks were amazing and it was worth trying. the general selection on the menu had something for all we would certainly make a return."

A very pleasant lunchtime get together with friends to celebrate a birthday. Friendly and attentive waiters one of whom observed it was a birthday, and brought dessert with a candle and a song! Food tasty and good value.

I went out for a birthday meal at The Squire for the first time and I was very impressed. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the atmosphere was great and our waitress was very helpful and pleasant. The food was of a high standard and well presented. I had the lamb shoulder and there was nothing left on my plate, which speaks for itself. Thank you again.
