Staying locally we decided to go out for something to eat! What a meal! I had the lamb Bhuna! Omg the Lamb melted in my mouth and shredded on my plate! Fabulous flavours with a little heat but not overpowering! If I lived locally I...would be eating here on a weekly basis!

Hadn't been for a few months, but went the other night for an impromptu meal out, welcoming reception, service was good the food was excellent , it is our favourite Indian restaurant, whilst the Covid restrictions have been relaxed, but they are still mindful of...the risks and are still exercising some safety measures. Will be back again soon.

Try this restaurant you will not be disappointed I have worked all over the country and never had food as good as this. We have been here lots of times and never had anything to complain about with the food or the service. All the...staff are very friendly they can’t do enough for you and the place is spotless, they will even let you go and look in the kitchen if you wish. Try the salmon tikka its fantastic

Ordered a takeaway, which was delicious. However, there is no nut allergy information online, a family member has a severe nut allergy lucky I left a note on the order and they did call and notify us so we changed the curry. However this...needs to be clearly labelled for each curry as this could be very serious if he was not notified. Told the staff and they didn’t seem to be bothered. Shame really as it’s a lovely restaurant, not worth the risk at all!

Went here May the staff make you feel welcome as soon as you enter, the restaurant has been done in such a manner as to ensure people are safely separated, The service was excellent no rushing to get people in and out, the...meal was nice and leisurely, The food was great, even able to be varied if you wanted something different to the Menu, It was so nice to be able to sit inside in comfort with no worries, It was a great experience, We will be going again soon.

Our favourite Indian restaurant for miles around. Limited post COVID menu is a bit of a relief to be honest. It has all their best dishes and eases some of the choice pressures of the longer version. Sag aloo is to die for, not sure...how they make spinach and potato taste so good! Draft Cobra and eating freshly prepared from plates is a pleasure after too many months of bottles and cartons. All COVID safe and friendly, as you would expect, with excellent service.

Honestly you can't fault this Indian. It is safe( and clean with excellent service and delicious food. The waiters are efficient and polite, the house wine is as good as house wine gets (I had the white) and the food is well cooked and tasty....We had Tandoori this n that with rice, Bombay potatoes and Naan. The onion Bhajis are better than anywhere around. Love it. We often eat here and despite the difficuties with restrictions it is still good, comfortable and friendly.

Last night we had a takeaway from The Spice. We have used the restaurant before but some years ago now . Our meal was sub standard in almost everyway- The sauce for the King Prawn Curry was tasteless and watery to say the least. The...Chicken Tikka meat in my Balti was by no means the best and the portions were small especially considering the main meals were and respectively. It was also early in the evening when we picked the meal up so even though we are in a pandemic it is of no excuse. we will definitely be not returning. We were left both hungry and disappointed.
