Had a great time here, the food presentation is so impressive not to mention the taste. I was not expecting a restaurant at a holiday inn to be so brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

We ate at this restaurant before our flight and had a great experience. The manager Raj was accommodating and patient as we switched tables a few times. The food had a modern and unique twist that we really enjoyed.

During our overnight stay, we decided to grab a bite at The Spot. The food was amazing. We began with a shared plate of bruschetta before diving into the Bristol Smashed Burger and Fish 'n' Chips. The service was excellent and the food was top-notch!

I visited this restaurant on October 29th and I must say that it has improved significantly since my last visits. The service was excellent and, as others have mentioned, the Dry Rib starter was spectacular. The rest of the meal was also very tasty and it seems that the staff has become more attentive to customer needs since the arrival of the new chef. Overall, a much improved dining experience.

I stayed at the hotel with a couple friends, I gotta say the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of what I wanted, got given some really good recommendations however there's plenty of variety on the menu. The food came quick didn't have to wait long at all, and it was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was the only thing that wasn't perfect it looked a little too much like a school cafeteria. all together though definitely worth a visit when in Bristol! Extra friendly service and excellent food!

I had a completely different experience compared to my last visit on August 31st, which was terrible. I posted a negative review on September 1st advising others not to eat here, but surprisingly it was removed by Tripadvisor after 48 hours for "Technical Reasons". I hope this positive review doesn't disappear for the same reasons. I dined with colleagues on Wednesday, October 8th and had an exceptional meal. The staff were attentive and friendly, and all of our food was top-notch. I'm happy to see that they have improved their service.

I didn't have high expectations when I found myself staying at this restaurant. My flight had been cancelled (thanks France) and I was in a bad mood. I wanted to order the porcini ravioli but they were sold out. However, I ended up trying two starters instead. The lamb kofta with red pepper hummus and tzatziki, and the bread with olives and garlic were even better. The tzatziki was especially fantastic, like a liquid garlic yogurt. I overheard many people around me praising their main dishes, so it's clear there's a talented chef in the kitchen.

The Spot Kitchen and Bar is the restuarant in the Holiday Inn Bristol Airport. After a brisk workout in the mini Gym, I was ready for some proper food. After showering and coming into the Bar area I was presented with a free standing menu near the main entrance. It sounded so nice, I decided to scrap my original plan of just a Bar menu and go for the Spot menu instead. I went for the trio of mini burgers, folliwed by Ceaser Salad Twist which I had with Cajun chicken. Actually it was really nice! Not really much to fault. The staff are really friendly and attentive and the food is good. I washed it down with a couple of pints of Stella from the bar and sadly it was all over! A good wholesome...

After our trip, we returned to Finland. Shortly after, I received a message from SIXT stating that they had paid a £100 parking ticket on our behalf, along with a handling charge of £30. I was confused by this unexpected charge, but later learned that ParkingEye Limited had issued the ticket to SIXT as the car was a rental and had parked in the hotel lot without the necessary permit. I immediately contacted SIXT and explained that we had parked to have breakfast, providing the receipt from the restaurant as proof. After three weeks, SIXT informed me that they would refund £80 of the amount, effectively taking £20 from me. I am uncertain if SIXT will also refund their £30 handling charge sin...
