"have tried some Indian restaurants in high wycombe now, but thought we would go this one and oh my goodness i am so glad we did! it was absolutely phenomenal, we will certainly go back. honestly probably one of the most beautiful, if not the most beautiful Indian curry houses I've ever had. eating was so fresh, not fat and really tasteful, even the popadoms were tasteful! it's a little different than the usual Indian place as it is south indian food, but it's really amazing, great eating options like the dosa or the appam I've never had, both really delicious. really wonderful, would recommend an absolute must try in my opinion."

"We went here for the elf isolation escape room today!Fantastic experience,Robin our games master(who we’ve had previously)was really friendly!Such an inventive escape room,so fun and excellent!Also went to the works restaurant downstairs,fabulous experience,great music all of which were the very best Christmas songs.Lovely atmosphere,decor and Christmas decs!The service was fantastic,polite waitresses who was very accommodating when I decided I wanted to change my order at the last minute!Quick service too.They gave us a nice pitcher of water too.I had the after eight pancake,it was absolutely fantastic and tasted delicious!Such an inventive idea for a pancake.It has an option of a gluten free base as well as waffles,toast and some ice creams.The after eight pancake was fantastic,loved the after eight mint stuck on the top.The sauce and sprinkles tasted delicious(they put loads on there and I was trying to scoop each one after I finished the dish) I couldn’t get every sprinkle.The pancakes themself were very nice too same as the ice cream.I also loved the candy cane stuck on the top too,tasted delicious.A nice portion size and certainly beautifully presented!Hope to come back at Easter to try their Easter escape room.Would highly recommend"

"Lovely pub with a car park, close to Hughenden manor. 2 lovely labradors greeted us followed by friendly and helpful staff who showed us to our table. The food was lovely, especially the chips and the prices were reasonable. I must note that despite being a Greene King Pub they don't honour the 15% friends and family discount which could affect other Greene King offers from the AA for example. Thankfully the prices are reasonable so this isn't a problem. Coffee is simple, no lattes or Cappuccinos available but it is a pub after all. I would happily return and I would recommend it to a friend."

"It's infrequently I get the pleasure of writing something like this. I went with an easy meal which shows a significant cooking skill when done right coupled with an easy delivery and I was blown away with both cook, delivery and flavour. I went with the Poutine coupled with a scotch egg. Easy to ruin, passable is easy but exceptional is very difficult. The egg was beautifully cooked with a crisp delicious coating, a flavourful sausage wrap and an egg that I would have considered one of my best. I scoffed it down with a beautiful orange yolk down my chin. The Poutine was an outstanding beef dripping gravy, I'd have drunk it had I not been on a diet, perfectly cooked french fries couple with a beautifully melted cheese. From start, to finish I was impressed with the delivery from cook to waitress. This is a bar that stands on its own against the restaurants in the area and I've been to a LOT and never considered a bar capable of such a wonderful delivery of food. The food coupled with the exceptional selection of beer ranging from outstanding sours, beautiful sessions and incredible larger and wines makes this the one, and only, places to frequent in high wycombe. I've found a second home, it's an honour to finally say that after 3 years in wycombe. Thank you."

"We've been coming here for our Indian food fix for almost 20 years now. It's always a pleasure, the welcome friendly, the ambience cosy, the service attentive and the food fantastic. We've got other Indian restaurants closer to where we live, but none of them come close to matching Mr India, let alone beating them. So, a big thank you to the management and staff for being a mainstay of our dining experience for so long that we feel almost part of the family."
