As good as usual but prices have gone up MASSIVELY. We used to go the Trout regularly but it’s now priced as more of a “special event” venue.

Another excellent lunch at the trout Hotel. Service was excellent staff friendly. Did not have to wait long for the meal. Food was very good and the best chips we have had in a long time

Our party grew in numbers on the way the Trout compared to the booking but we were accommodated with a welcome smile and no swearing. We had a vegetarian in the party and she was delighted with the choices on offer. Everybody enjoyed the food and the presentation
