"Brought friends here as they were visiting and had never been to Skegness. The reviews sounded good! 6 meals. Fish and chips x 3 were great. Apart from the pureed peas. Prawn cocktail was truly dreadful. Prawns still partially frozen., presentation 1 just a mound of shredded lettuce and some partially frozen prawns. Yorkshire pudding with beef was great. The only vegan meal was a miami vegan burger which was also overcooked and truly dreadful. Seriously you have one vegan meal and it failed in every way. Looked flat, tasted worse as patty overcooked. How you can mess up a simple burger is beyond me. Abd lastly the prawn sandwich. I have no words... The place itself great, lovely. If yiu want a great place to eat fish and chips this would work if you like pureed peas. Anything else buyer beware...."

Very nice range of cakes and meal options. Great views. Dog friendly outside seating. Try the Illy coffee and the fish and Chips.

Called in today for lunch. We ordered the steak pie, chips and peas and braising steak and veg mash. Good value, £25 for both meals (Mon Fri) and good portions . Clean modern pub and pleasant staff.

First visit for me here and was one of the best meals I have had for a while in a restaurant! Food piping hot, delicious and very hearty portions. Shouldn't have had pudding but again everything just looked too good to miss! Will definitely be back Visualizza piatti

Good food however over an hour wait had we been advised of that before we ordered we could’ve made the decision not to order. Considering we had someone who relied on oxygen not a great customer service experience. It took 2 attempts of asking how long the food would be before being informed. Then offered cake at the end of the meal for the inconvenience which never materialised.

Called in yesterday with family group, wouldn't let us put tables together,had to book aparelly just walked in could be a bit more flexible on this only one table. Service ok ,all very young staff visited a few years ago must admit, looked untidy today especially outside seating area/around the outside bar no one cleaning up , floor and tables areas messy. Great location,just needs tidying up
