Out with friends for an evening meal ,food was good and a good size portion . Will be going back again

Nice local find. Good food and family friendly. Has a great garden with a range of animals to keep the kids entertained. Food was very tasty and well priced.

This is the the worst pub food I've ever experienced. The food was lukewarm when served and I received one chicken skewer as the main part of my meal for £15. Ridiculous.

There was only one other couple in the restaurant, and despite ordering just two main courses, we still had to wait an hour for our food. No explanation was provided for the delay.

Amazing food, much better than a standard pub. Animals and outdoor play offered a little extra something for kids. We didn't understand why it was so quiet on a Saturday lunchtime! Only negative was that there is no baby change facility in the men's toilets.

Went for a Sunday roast. Food was awful. Yorkshires were cold, veg tasteless, nut roast vile, pork was the end piece of it and hard. The children had burgers which contained onions/peppers so the children wouldn't eat them and they weren't cooked in the middle.

Very busy day parking was a nightmare could be a put off to some, dumped at a table after booking by th very loud coffee machine. Place looked like it needed some tlc food was ok chips very greasy yet other tables had nice chips no people skills for the waitress and she needed a longer skirt not the right length for working where she does and not appropriate being a family pub. Would not go back and would not recommend

Regrettably, our server failed to take our drink order in a timely manner, although she did apologize. Unfortunately, the raspberry sorbet and lemon sorbet we wanted for dessert were not available. When we received the bill, we noticed that our drinks had not been included in the total, so we had to bring it to their attention. Despite these minor inconveniences, we still had a pleasant evening celebrating our anniversary.

The food and service at this restaurant were superb, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by the shouting and swearing coming from the customers in the nearby bar. My wife and I were constantly bombarded by a string of profanities throughout our meal, which was embarrassing. The close proximity of the bar to the restaurant, with no intervening doorway, suggests that this is a regular occurrence, which I cannot recommend to friends. Despite this, I must reiterate that the food and service were excellent. Thank you. Ronald Brown.
