Useless service. Was going to take them ten days to make an iced birthday sponge cake. Thonk they need to employ more staff

This charming cafe is filled with unique decorations. The food was delightful and the coffee came with adorable heart-shaped Welsh cakes. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely little cafe and bakery, with absolutely delicious cakes! Friendly service, and an unusually serious and welcome approach to allergies for an independent. If you’re in Haverfordwest give Greggs and Costa a miss and stop here instead.

After searching for a good place for breakfast in Haverfordwest, we finally stumbled upon this cafe and bakery. They offer an extensive menu featuring Welsh specialities. The portions were large, the food delicious, and the staff very friendly. The Acai bowl was a bit more liquid compared to other places I've tried, but still tasty.

The oatmeal topped with bananas, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries was freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious. It was served with a proper cup of tea and accompanied by friendly and helpful staff. We arrived and went to order Cream Teas. A very friendly young waitress was taking our order when we assume the Owner/Manager said “no more food “ yet the open sign was still on the door and others around us were still being served what looked like super delicious food. We think the waitress herself appeared frightened of this peremptory manner of dealing with both Staff and Customers. I very rarely give a negative review but this was really out of place. The coffee was fortunately good.

We visited while visiting on holiday and looking for somewhere to cater for our coeliac daughter. The menu was extensive with most lunch items being available with gluten free bread. Our daughter had the caprese open sandwich, expecting slices of mozzarella. It was basically one thick slice of gluten free bread (not the best) topped with grated cheese and tomatoes. The blurb said less bread more topping, but this was less of both. Plus we had to ask for the advertised coleslaw to pad it out a bit. Not as expected and not value for money. I ordered the full breakfast , my wife’s granola got cancelled due to no yoghurt even though this was 10 am. Whilst changing her order at the till the chef brought out toast to a table this was left there for about 20 seconds before being called back to say this wasn’t his. The chef then went upstairs to the table I was on, the toast was already cold and my breakfast didn’t arrive for another 7/8 mins. I received no more toast after sending my cold toast back. When I raised this when leaving the female staff member was so very rude and refused to apologise in any way she said “ I get given the food and I bring it out “.
